My approach to physical therapy focuses on restoring function through manual techniques and individualized exercises. I also believe in identifying and treating the root of the problem to reduce pain, improve function and decrease future injury risk. I’m also interested in what makes you, the patient, unique and personalizing your care to address all your needs, concerns, and goals.
I’m a transplant from central California where I grew up playing baseball and football starting at a young age. I continue to compete in a local baseball league, which is why I gravitate towards patients with orthopedic sports-related problems.
I graduated from California State University with my Doctorate in physical therapy in 2015. While earning my graduate degree, I worked with the Los Angeles Dodgers during spring training where I was able to hone my sports medicine skills, and work with a wide variety of medical and health professionals.
Since moving to San Diego, I have been working in a local outpatient clinic, with a diverse patient population ranging from post operative care to the weekend warriors. During my free time, I love to spend time with my awesome wife, three energetic children, and dog. I look forward to working with and getting to know you.
